سياسة الاسترداد - ديب مارت (إنفاذ قطعي)


1. نهائية العمليات القطعية (Irrevocability of Transactions)

All purchases made via the store wallet are final, irreversible, and legally binding. Once a digital product is issued, the user explicitly waives any right to a refund or exchange under any legal jurisdiction worldwide. جميع المشتريات عبر المحفظة نهائية، قطعية، وملزمة قانوناً. بمجرد إصدار المنتج الرقمي، يتنازل المستخدم صراحةً عن أي حق في الاسترداد أو الاستبدال تحت أي ولاية قضائية في العالم.

2. الاستهلاك الفوري وسقوط الحق (Immediate Consumption Waiver)

Digital goods are consumed immediately upon delivery. By confirming the purchase, the user acknowledges that the service has been fulfilled in full, exempting it from any "cooling-off" or return periods. السلع الرقمية تُستهلك فوراً عند التسليم؛ وبمجرد تأكيد الشراء، يقر المستخدم بأن الخدمة استُوفيت بالكامل، مما يسقط أي حق في فترات التراجع أو الإرجاع.

3. إخلاء المسؤولية عن مدخلات المستخدم (User-End Errors)

DEEB MART bears zero liability for user negligence (e.g., incorrect ID/Region). No credits will be re-issued for errors originating from user-provided data. لا يتحمل ديب مارت أي مسؤولية عن إهمال المستخدم (مثل خطأ الـ ID أو الإقليم). لن يتم إعادة تعويض أي رصيد ناتج عن أخطاء في البيانات التي قدمها العميل.

4. حظر السيولة النقدية للمحفظة (Wallet Non-Liquidity)

Wallet credits are strictly for in-store use and are 100% non-refundable to bank accounts or as cash. Credits cannot be transferred or liquidated under any circumstances. رصيد المحفظة للاستخدام داخل المتجر حصراً وغير قابل للاسترداد للحسابات البنكية بنسبة 100%. لا يمكن تسييل الرصيد أو تحويله لنقد تحت أي ظرف.

5. مكافحة الاحتيال والنزاعات البنكية (Anti-Fraud & Chargeback)

Any fraudulent chargeback will result in a permanent ban and reporting the user's digital footprint (IP, Device ID) to international fraud databases and legal authorities. أي محاولة لنزاع بنكي احتيالي (Chargeback) ستؤدي لحظر الحساب نهائياً، وتقديم البصمة الرقمية للعميل للجهات القانونية وقواعد بيانات مكافحة الاحتيال الدولية.

6. تذبذب أسعار الموردين والعملات (Supplier & Currency Fluctuations)

Prices change instantly based on global suppliers and exchange rates. Clicking "Purchase" constitutes final acceptance. No refunds or price-match claims are allowed post-transaction. الأسعار تتغير فوراً بناءً على الموردين وسعر الصرف. النقر على "شراء" يُعد موافقة نهائية، ولا يُسمح بمطالبات فرق السعر بعد إتمام العملية.

7. الاستثناءات التقنية والتعويض المحدود (Verified Technical Failures)

Refunds are strictly for verified system-side failures. If granted, they are credited to the wallet ONLY. No compensation for indirect or moral damages is applicable. يقتصر الاسترداد على الأعطال التقنية المثبتة من طرفنا. وفي حال الموافقة، يُرد الرصيد للمحفظة فقط، ولا يوجد تعويض عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو معنوية.

8. السيادة المطلقة للسجلات (Technical Logs Sovereignty)

In any dispute, DEEB MART server logs are the final, irrefutable evidence. No external claims or screenshots shall override our internal system records. في أي نزاع، تعتبر سجلات خادم ديب مارت هي الدليل النهائي والقطعي؛ ولا تُقبل أي ادعاءات أو صور خارجية تخالف سجلات النظام الداخلية.

9. القوة القهرية وسياسات الناشرين (Force Majeure & Publisher Changes)

DEEB MART is not liable for interruptions caused by game publishers or server outages. Our responsibility ends upon delivery to the API/Provider. ديب مارت غير مسؤول عن انقطاع الخدمة الناتج عن تغيير سياسات شركات الألعاب أو أعطال السيرفرات العالمية. تنتهي مسؤوليتنا بمجرد تسليم الطلب للمزود.

10. استقلالية البنود وقابلية الفصل (Severability Clause)

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. في حال اعتُبر أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قانوني من قبل أي محكمة، تظل بقية البنود سارية المفعول وبكامل قوتها القانونية.

11. المرجعية الزمنية (Timestamp Validity)

All transactions are governed by the server's timestamp. Users cannot dispute a transaction based on local time differences or delay in their personal device notification. تخضع جميع العمليات للتوقيت الزمني الخاص بالخادم (Server Timestamp). لا يمكن للمستخدم النزاع بناءً على فروق التوقيت المحلي أو التأخير في إشعارات جهازه الشخصي.

12. الحماية من الادعاءات الخارجية (Third-Party Claims Protection)

DEEB MART is not responsible for any promises or information provided by external parties, streamers, or unofficial ads. Only the terms stated on this page are binding. ديب مارت غير مسؤول عن أي وعود أو معلومات يقدمها أطراف خارجيون، مشاهير، أو إعلانات غير رسمية. فقط الشروط المذكورة في هذه الصفحة هي الملزمة.
